Project Appraisal & Brief: We assist the Client in setting out all the requirements and constraints of which time, cost and quality are vital.
Design Concept & Approval: We interpret the brief from stage 1 and present this to the Client for formal approval. Other Consultants as necessary are involved at this stage to make sure the design is within the Client’s budget constraints and meets all statutory regulations.
Design Development: The approved design concept is developed further and additional requirements incorporated. Again this is presented to the Client for final concept approval.
Quotation and Value Engineering: A formal quotation is done on the scope of works and value engineered to make sure the project costs fall within the allocated budget. This stage goes hand in hand with Design Development.
Procurement: Proturnkey will either assist the Client with procurement or alternatively a full procurement service is available for all materials and any services from Specialists needed for the project (eg Voice & Data).
Technical Documentation: During this stage, the final design drawings are converted into construction drawings and, if necessary, submitted to council for council approval.
Construction: All contractors and subcontractors are managed by an on-site Project Manager. We meet with contractorsto set up a programme which suits all. With a good knowledge of Construction Contracts, and excellent Project Management skills, we strive to make the often painful construction process run smooth and to deliver a project which fulfils the Client’s expectations.
Close out: The final stage before the handover to the Client. All works are inspected to ensure that the premises are completed to client specification and expectation.
